No matter who is at the front desk, he/she/they recognize us and our dog by name and make us feel welcome. There are no "grumpy" people working here. Our dog senses that as well. The reception person immediately contacts the medical staff and we never have to wait more than a few minutes. The vet techs and veterinarians always show interest in, and caring for our dog and take the time to address all of our concerns. Our dog never exhibits any anxiety at this clinic. Further, if some urgent health issue occurs they quickly schedule an appointment. As clients of AAA for a very long time we recently adopted a “goofy” little guy whose history is unknown. He is always unsure of lots of things the vet being one of them for sure! With that being said he needed a blood draw and after 2 trips and some “ chill protocol “ meds and a 2nd try we were lucky enough that Tech Caleb was able to get the task completed! When we call for an appointment, we are greeted with the friendliest representatives on the phone and then when we arrive for our appointment they are welcoming us in the door like we are family. All of the technicians are top notch when we are in the exam room and show just how much they care and love their job by the way our doods are treated. The caring doctors are top notch and very thorough in their exam. We leave with all of our questions answered and we feel as though we are apart of the family. We also use the grooming service and Irene cares about the needs of both boys and is very accommodating. I’ve been utilizing All About Animals Pet Clinic for nearly two years for both frequent boarding as well as routine vet care and grooming for my dog and could not be happier. They’ve been overly accommodating my ever changing schedule and have always done it with a positive interaction. The entire team is wonderful but Tammy, Karlie, Alex, Irene and Michael (Cooper’s favorite) have gone above and beyond every single time.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We took our cat in as she was experiencing urinary symptoms still after getting exams done at 2 other vets with no improvement. Dr. Gantzer was wonderful from the first encounter. She listened to her symptoms and understood all the interventions we had already tried (we have had multiple cats with cystitis so this wasn't new territory to us), and within 5 minutes of starting her workup, found the issue. Sylvie had a large stone in her bladder that had not dissolved with her prescription diet. Unfortunately, this was going to require surgery (cystotomy), which we also scheduled with Dr. Gantzer. The surgery and follow-up went so well, and 3 weeks post-op, our girl is thriving. She's not constantly having to run to the litter box anymore, and you can tell she feels so much better. All the vet tech staff were great with her and with us as well, and made sure all my dumb questions were answered. Like others have mentioned, the prices are not cheap, but having gone to multiple vets who didn't find or diagnose her issue, I was more than happy to pay more for a team that was competent. Her issues under control after 8 months and for that I'm so grateful. We have been taking our dog, Taylor, to AAAPC since she was a puppy. I know she was in good hands when Caleb came outside to get her and got on the ground with me to get her out of her crate. He carried her in lovingly. Their veterinary services are excellent in every way. We’ve never had any problems . Irene grooms Taylor and welcomes her for her appointments. We have utilized Boarding, as well. First for a few day boards, then a week long boarding. For over a year she day boarded 2 days a week while I was at work. Michael would meet her with a smile. He is a kind, compassionate and nurturing caregiver. Tammy, Karlie, Alex, Ava, Karsyn, and Emma are all amazing caregivers. Each are professional and encouraging. They feel like family to us. I’ve also boarded her for 2 and 3 weeks during the past year when I had overseas travel. They relieve any concerns I would have because of the care provided. Taylor loves AAAPC. My husband and I have 5 dogs, so as you can imagine, we are at AAA a lot and have had many opportunities to use all of their services. I can't think of a single issue we have had concerns about w/any of our visits. From newly adopted dog visits, to wellness/illness exams, random issues w/our senior dogs (I could write a whole 10 star review on Dr Koss' care of them alone!), to grooming (they don't come ANY better than Irene!!!), to boarding (Arthur was loved and cared for and it eased my mind so much), to the unfortunate passing of two of our previous dogs. The care, attention to detail, clinical guidance, and compassion have been nothing short of amazing. We love the whole team at AAA and they are almost family! I’ve been bringing my dogs to All About Animals since I moved to Mahomet 4 years ago. I’m very particular about who takes care of my dogs. Everyone at the clinic is awesome! They are very loving and caring with the animals and even the pet owners. They go above and beyond. I would highly recommend All About Animals to anyone!

Jackie, a former veterinary assistant at AAAPC, shares how her time here inspired her journey to veterinary school.
“Used their vet and grooming for a year so far. They are thoughtful for my dog. They noticed he pulls back when his paws are touched and when we mentioned he peed and pooped a lot at his last groomer, they checked him out and noticed he most likely has arthritis in his hips and feet. The last groomer didn’t notice and was hurting him, and causing him to poop and pee. They treat him very respectfully and have proper pain and anxiety medication available in case he is struggling. But he doesn’t struggle. In fact we pick him up happy, where as he looked like he was terrified at the last groomer (We only used the old one once). Their vet services are also very good, and they tell us when prices for shots or workups are low so we can sneak in and get the discounts. I highly recommend this vet and especially groomer.

“I currently have three boxers that are my everything!!! I’m very particular about who treats them. I have been to several other clinics in the past until I found All About Animals Pet Clinic a few years ago. I have been devoted to this facility because I feel that Dr Koss and her staff truly care about my boys and my boys absolutely love going to see them!! Dr Koss, her staff, and even the facility itself are all awesome! The business is ran very smoothly. You hardly ever have to sit and wait. The staff is super friendly. Dr. Koss has been able to fix several issues with my boys from allergies all the way to mass removals/ cancer. She truly is amazing! I highly recommend you take a look for yourselves. You won’t be disappointed!”

“I love this place. When we got our dog last year we knew we would need to board him. I toured several places as I wanted to know how he was going to be cared for. Their boarding space was amazing. They have small rooms not crates. They walk them 5x a day. The level of care provided is AMAZING. They care for your animal as if it is their own. As our dog was a rescue who had a very rough life before we got him they allowed him visitors while we were gone. Our family couldn’t watch him while we were gone due to various reason, but would go visit him so he didn’t feel abandoned. Every time we bring him in he gets greeted by name and loved on. I highly recommend them.”
